A perfect holiday weekend; no rain, warm temperatures, and plenty of sun. A trip to the beach was a given and along the way, something caught my eye--other than the limpet shells that I was collecting.
Some creative soul fashioned this playful sculpture using flotsam and jetsam left behind by the outgoing tide. How intriguing to create art from just lost and found materials. This one was certainly colorful and amusing.
It's bound to find its way to the recycling center at some point, but for this Columbus Day weekend, it brought smiles to beach goers.
