I was thinking of Saint Bernadette at Mass this evening. Someone had asked her which gave her more pleasure--receiving Our Lord in the Most Holy Eucharist, or the apparitions of the Blessed Mother. Her answer, "The two can not be separated."
My husband and I are making rosaries for the grandchildren this Christmas. And we'd better hurry along because there's more to do. The most important things will get done, and as for the rest. I'm grateful the season of Christmas is twelve days. I may need it.
